ISB PICKUP: The ultimate engineering upgrade for 24-valve turbo-diesels, PowerPack marries Banks High-Ram air-inlet casting and the highest Big Hoss Diesel Tuner calibration to the Stinger system. With additional airflow and boost available to the intake valves through this final improvement, Banks calibrates the Big Hoss features to reshape air and fuel curves for maximum horsepower and torque—translating to top gains of +100 hp and +210 lb-ft torque—with 12% better mileage and prolonged engine life.

Monster® Exhaust

Banks Monster exhaust outflows stock and the competition. The streamlined exhaust pipe and 4" tailpipe are formed of stainless, heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends to slash backpressure. Huge 5" polished-stainless steel tailpipe tip sports a rolled edge. Double-walled design with 1/2" air gap keeps heat from tarnishing exterior mirror finish. Adjustable clamp for positioning on tailpipe.

Quick-Turbo® Assembly

Banks developed the Quick-Turbo in conjunction with the Holset turbocharger and Cummins Engine companies, to eliminate sluggishness "out of the hole" and produce strong acceleration. Quick-Turbo produces massive torque right from idle, achieves a higher peak faster, maintains more boost through the powerband, and doesn't over-boost. Banks' exclusive BigHead® wastegate actuator prevents "wastegate blow-open" by keeping the valve seated at higher pressures, increasing mid-range torque and top-end power.

DynaFact® Gauges

Banks’ exclusive DynaFact electronic gauges offer precision that can’t be matched by mechanical gauges. The pyrometer provides exhaust-gas temperature (EGT) measurements that are accurate within ±15° F at maximum operating temperatures. The pyro's spring-loaded, jeweled movement is resistant to vibration and sports a lit, easy-to-read 0-1500° F face. Banks' 0-50 psi boost gauge monitors power and turbo performance. Includes 2-gauge mounting panel. Top-mount and/or pillar-mount options available.

High-Ram® Intake

Justin of College Station, Texas installed a PowerPack on his ’01 5.9L Cummins turbo-diesel

I must say that the PowerPack system is a must-have for all y’all Cummins fans out there. My ‘01 runs great. With the added cold air intake and the custom exhaust with 8-inch stacks, she has taken a C5 Corvette, NO PROBLEM, by 3 car lengths at least. Not to mention all those rice burners. lol, Banks, y’all guys are Great!
