Specifications

The Banks Powertrain 630T is a high-performance, lightweight V6 turbo diesel engine displacing 3.0L and is available with ratings up to 270 hp @ 4000 rpm. The engine features a chain-driven dual overhead cam valvetrain, aluminum cylinder heads, compact graphite (CGI) block and bedplate, and a variable geometry turbocharger. It is common rail equipped and controlled by the AutoMind EDC featuring J1939 CAN communications, gear-based torque management, ODB-II style diagnostics, and many active protection features. A variable speed governor is available for applications requiring active engine speed management.
