Patented Air Density Measurements

iDash Pro® calculates Ambient Air Density, Boost Air Density, and Manifold Air Density using OBD-II sensor data or supplemental data from Banks sensors. This data is the ultimate tool to evaluate power, efficiency, and effectiveness of a particular component, system, or entire engine.

Alerts

Create a bright visual alert for any parameter, even if the parameter is not present on the screen. All too often, vehicle manufacturers set dashboard warnings too high. Minimum/Maximum Values

Record Minimum/Maximum values for any parameter. Think of these like a running high score on a video game. What was the highest coolant temperature or boost pressure you reached on that last uphill trip? Setting Min/Max values allows you to recall the highest and lowest reading for any parameter.

More than I bargained for!

"So easy to install, perfect fit and easy to use. Only thing I would suggest is additional zip ties to help securing additional wire harness length. Other than that works great. Also even though all I have is the pedal monster connected to this it still flashed me a low fuel light. So cool it does those extra things."

Full visibility into what’s happening with engine

"Had a situation while 1000 miles from home that my engine went into reduced power mode and had error codes that didn’t make sense and suggested a 2k to 3k turbo repair. Ford had no appts for 3 months within a 100 mile radius. What to do…stranded. Decided to review my idash snap shots…key air flow readings at 500 rpm increments from 500 to 3000 rpm’s. The snap shots from the past compared to current in trouble snap shots indicated the exhuast back pressure sensor was shot. 250 for the exhuast back pressure sensor and the truck was fixed. Banks idash…. dont leave home with out it…and do periodic screen shots of key air flow numbers."

Q&A

I have a 2023 Chevy Colorado. I purchased one of iDash units. Loved it, by the way. Since my truck is still under warranty I had to remove the iDash whenever I took it in for service. Somehow in the process the SIM card was missing when I went to reinstall. Is it possible to purchase a new card from you?

Does the iDash pro have the ability to disengage the stop/start feature?
The iDash Pro currently does not disengage stop/start. However, this feature may be added in the near future. Please reply with your vehicle year, make, and model.
Will this Idash data interference with my pedal commander I have on my truck?
The iDash will not interfere with your Pedal Commander because Pedal Commander is not connected via OBD. It does not have any data connection to your truck's ECM. For that reason, the iDash WILL work with your Pedal Commander. However, we recommend pairing the iDash with a Banks PedalMonster for the reasons highlighted in this video. iDash + PedalMonster is the ultimate system. I'm Having some issues after the last software update, Truck is throwing a reduced power or limp mode, fuel pressure sensor and map sensor codes P0191 And a P0106 says i need to service my park brake DTC on the dash when I plug my scan tool in it comes up with the P0191 I tried to clear the codes and immediately comes back, so i unplugged the Idash and Derringer so I'm back to Factory but would like to have some resolution i like the tuner and the ability to turn the Truck up and down for different operations, the truck is a 2020 L5P with the 6.6 Liter Duramax , any help greatly appreciated,
