Banks Boost Tubes are the largest charge air cooler pipes in the industry, measuring in at a full 3.5 inches. The factory intercooler pipes are 2.70 inches in diameter on the hot side with crush bent corners and 3.15 inches on the cold side with plastic components. By contrast, Banks Boost Tubes are made of high-quality aluminized steel for maximum strength and durability. With Banks Boost Tubes' smooth bends, your turbo can spool quicker thanks to improved boost pressure retention for maximum horsepower.

The Boost Tubes work with the stock 6.7L Cummins intake components by using proprietary high-strength 5-ply silicone hoses. Or can be combined with the 3.5" Banks Monster-Ram for maximum Mass Air Flow.

To accommodate this massive hot-side Boost-Tube, Banks engineers shifted the pathway of the charge air cooler pipe with an offset coupler.

This moves the hot-side pipe closer to the passenger side of the vehicle. This technique opens the way for improved airflow and reduces pressure loss into the intercooler.

"Just installed these on my 2020 RAM 2500. They look great and the install wasn't super difficult. I do have some feedback though. I wish the parts had some alignment guides. For instance, lines on the tubes so you know how deep the seat the tubes. Guides on the silicone boots to know how to align the boots to the turbo, cooler and throttle body. Without those, especially on the hot side, you're just guessing."

Great product

"Great product has helped increase fuel economy. How ever the clamps they send need to be 1/8” to 1/4” longer and the bolt needs to be slightly longer also. I had one there was no way to get the spring back on it. Almost all of them I had to take apart to be able to slide the tubes together. Then use channel locks to squeeze together and put spring and nut back on."

"After I removed the original tubes from my truck I compared them to the new banks tubes. The best way to describe it is removing a cork and installing a massive air tunnel. The figment was so precise that there was no guesss work at all just plug and play"

"I'm super impressed with all three items I had purchased, Boost tubes, Super Scoop intake with dry filter and the best part was the RAM Master intake the replaced the old heater grid and putting these three items have completely changed the performance of my 2019 RAM 2500 Laramie. Now that my truck is not being choked by the stock parts I've Now noticed my truck can breathe freely where right away I noticed the throttle response, tourqe, now can hear my turbo whistling which I never heard before at all. I noticed my cabin air from my heater AC fan blows freely and I can feel the air hit me. The sound of my exhaust is noticeably has a better sound. I have had three of my buddies text drive my truck and they all said the same thing as me and are looking to do some upgrades themselves. Two years ago I met a gentleman in a parking lot and I had noticed all the Banks upgrades on his truck and he had everything you could possibly buy from Banks, he said he was extremely pleased with all the items he had bought and now I can say the same thing, but have many more items to buy to catch up to him, Lol. I highly recommend BANKS POWER, 1000%! Recommend 💪🏽💪🏽"

"I am genuinely amazed with the boost tubes. Made the trucks throttle response way better and not to mention how quick the boost pressure builds up. Without a doubt highly recommend this upgrade. Added some photos after installed, ignore my poor photography lol. Also note my truck is not tuned and deleted. Has Banks monster Ram intake, and Banks cold air intake installed as well."

Will installing this along with the grid heater delete and air intake affect my ability to install an aftermarket turbo in the future?

Does it affect changing the oil filter? Seems like you won't have much room to get the filter out through the wheel well.
We've never recommend pulling the oil filter through the wheel well, you run the risk of making a mess. It's easier to remove the air intake tube and pull the the oil filter through the top.
Does this work on a none deleted truck?
Yes, it should.
Do you also need the banks intercooler for the boost tubes or will they hook up to stock intercooler?
They will work with the stock intercooler.
Will this fit a 2019 5500?
We have not confirmed fitment on the 5500 trucks.
