"It took a while to get my ram air and when I called to find out what was going on I got a good explanation and a discount which I appreciated greatly when I received my ram air it was in a box sighed by Gail banks thank you Gail for you responsiveness. beyond the logistics issue I was happy with the product also easy to install and a marked increase in performance"

"Not sure if this unit is sold with the clamp at the turbo as pictured but i was surprised that there wasn’t one. Replacement filters are salty. Those of you who choose to oil, buy an extra so one is always ready. I prefer a dry element so i have the pre filter sock on the way to lengthen the filter life between changes. That said, I knew the cost of the filter at purchase and I’m willing to pay it for banks quality. The missing turbo clamp tho…Banks guys, don’t picture it if it’s not included."
"Super easy to install, it definitely lacks securement/alignment on the passenger side, all the holes and everything you have to transfer over was spot on though. The 1 thing that isn't good that I had to replace was the tube for it to meet at the turbo turbine the banks one would not work for me. been installed now for 3 years give or take if it fit like perfection I would have given 5 stars."
"Great product however there is some difficulty with install. There is very little room for pipe adjustment and does take some extra time to get it fitted perfectly. Also I had to shave about 3/16 off the hole in airbox to allow the factory door actuator to open and close properly. Original install tripped a p-code for diesel air intake “a” sensor and later diagnostic showed the actuator door way out of range/value. Not a big deal but coupled with the difficulty of getting it installed the first time it caused a lot cussing having to remove it and do it again."
