Banks Power introduces the new 5-inch Monster Exhaust designed specifically for the 2020-2022 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P 2500/3500 HD pickup trucks. The DPF-back exhaust system features constant-diameter 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 Stainless Steel tubing and a massive tip which virtually eliminates backpressure after the DPF and prevents trailer meltdown.
Duramax owners can choose from two huge 6.5 x 7.5-inch ob-round slash-cut exhaust tips: chrome-plated polished stainless steel or high-temp Cerakote matte black.
And, unlike other brands, Banks' polished chrome tip will not turn brown with heat.
Banks negative back-pressure tip virtually eliminates back-pressure after the DPF.
Utilizing a side-draft rocket nozzle-like tip, exhaust gasses are literally sucked out of the end of the exhaust.
With pressure sensors installed, this negative exhaust pressure resulted in an impressive 9% reduction all the way back to the turbo inlet.
This reduction in drive pressure and parasitic losses allows your turbo to spool quicker and improves engine efficiency.
With the stock exhaust nozzle measuring 2.85-inch compared to the Monster Exhaust's massive 5-inch outlet, the Banks system offers a 192% greater flow area than stock.

"Fit perfectly great product from Banks again as usual. I highly recommend if you want a good setup if you tow and want to keep smog emissions. No check engine light and only took an hour and some change to install. My trucks a little lifted so was easy to take out my old exhaust in one piece."

"I have bought this kit and I have just installed it yesterday and I can tell you after installing the Banks CAI, Turbo Inlet and the Pedal Monster my performance have just woke up. I tow a fifth wheel and I tow it cross country two time back and forth and the stock muffler have beat up the front of it so bad that my rubber piece molding had came off from the heat of the oem muffler, so this is a plus.
