"I installed the Banks air intake and intake manifold on my 95 12V, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Materials were top-notch, and the design felt very well thought out. Very well packaged on both items! Air intake installation was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all of the parts lined up exactly as they should. There were no fitment issues or surprises, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free and took all of 15 minutes. Throttle response is sharper, acceleration feels stronger, and there’s a definite improvement in overall engine smoothness. I also noticed a slightly deeper, more aggressive intake sound that really adds to the driving experience without being obnoxious. And the turbo noise is slightly more noticeable. On the intake manifold side, airflow feels significantly improved. The power delivery is more linear and consistent across the RPM range, and even at highway cruising speeds the engine feels more efficient and responsive. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. Everything worked perfectly — no issues, just improved performance and reliability. If you’re looking to upgrade your truck’s breathing and get more out of your engine, the Banks air intake and intake manifold are absolutely worth it. Banks is a tried and true company and you can’t go wrong with Banks."

Longevity

"Little performance gain but, it drastically helps with egt temp. Egt's actually drop pulling in 5th gear when the turbo is at 30 psi. B4 egt's would stay at 1200 or creep up. How hot did the rear cylenders get b4 this intake... my engine should last longer pulling now."

"Evens engine idle and power through rpm range, lowered egt with bung placed in rear of manifold in front of turbo, but had to clean up some casting flash and slightly bend a few injectors lines to fit correctly, no power gain but smoother running and lower rear cylinders egts, 1-2 mpg improvement"

"This thing is so easy to install if you just follow the directions. This is my first 12 vave......I've always had a 24 valve. Just had to down-size due to a medical bankruptcy. I had a Traumatic Brain Injury & a stroke in my 3 week coma. If I can get it done correctly then so can you. It is AWSOOOOOOME. I have always been fan of BANKS"

Q&A

How can I place order for gaskets only? Im doing a head gasket and need only the #93026 & #93023 gaskets to it get back on the road. Unfortunately your website doesn’t provide any help on replacement parts.
Please give us a call and out sales staff can set up an order for individual parts.
Would this work with grid heaters? I know I would need to purchase a second one. And having 2 grid heaters would improve cold starting?
This kit would not work with stock intake due to wiring limitations.
Can I buy a gasket set for this I took one apart and I'm struggling to find new gaskets
