Superior to Stock: Everything about Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler System is designed bigger and better. This upgrade kit includes a set of 3.5 inch high-flow boost tubes and a Banks designed intercooler solution.

The Banks Boost Tubes feature over sized mandrel-bent pipes matched to the increased performance design of the new intercooler. The Banks designed intercooler has a 19 percent thicker core with 21 percent greater volume to improve cooling. It also has large high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks and wide-open inlet / outlets for a 69 percent greater flow area. Lastly to complete the kit, our Banks High-Ram Intake Elbow is also included. The Banks Techni-Cooler dramatically increases the engines cooling capacity and power potential by balancing a richer fuel mixture with cooler, denser, improved airflow.

Result: You get higher continuous power and more power at any exhaust gas temp (EGT), with better fuel economy, and lower EGTs. That's a truckload of benefits! It doesn't get any cooler than Techni-Cooler! Mounting hardware included.

06 F250 6.0 Diesel

"Nice kit had everything needed to completely upgrade my intercooler was packaged very well box was beaten but all parts inside were perfect will say the new bigger pipes are a tight fit specially the one from the turbo to the intercooler so took some time to get it lined up perfect to get it on both boots if I had any issues it would be the fact that they didn’t send new clamps for the new boot at the turbo as I had to reuse old clamps on the new boot but other than that everything fit well and looks good I would recommend this kit for the 06 F250 6.0 diesel"

"I HAVE USED BANKS FOR YEARS , I BOUGHT KITS SEVERAL TIMES FOR SEVERAL TUCKS AND NEVER HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED!!!! The Bank’s intercooler kit with

"The Bank’s intercooler kit with the Hi Ram intake and pipes looks impressive when you open the hood. All parts of the kit are metal, no plastic to break. I’m not noticing an increase in performance. However if you add power/bigger turbocharger to your truck the Bank’s intercooler kit gives you the capacity to get the most out of performance modifications that you would do to your truck."

When you get this part, take the time to read all the paperwork and follow it and this will be a breeze. If only Banks could get the price of filling the tank to go down. Will this kit with a dual alternator kit?
Hey thanks for messaging us, We can't guarentee fitment as some alternators have different dimenstions however we have customers with the 25975 kit with dual alternators. Which is basically the same kit with a different manifold. We are 95% sure it would work.
