Super kit very good performance

"good complete kit, I installed all myself a bit of a chore. you will need a bit of skill (ie welding and cutting etc.) took about three days due to broken exhaust studs, refer to youtube for stud removal lots of good help there. great sound and power. Depending on size of motor home you will need a section of 3.5 inch 409 stainless exhaust pipe for the section between the cat and muffler"

Terry (5/5)

Good fit and finish

"Had a shop install the headers because of the tendency of the studs on the exhaust manifold to break. I did not want to deal with that. Then installed the muffler system from the cat converter back and computer program myself. Everything fit together well and no problems."

Brian C. (5/5)

performance improvement was very noticable

"performance improvement was very noticable"

Carl N. (5/5)

Great addition for additional torque

"My second coach with the Banks PowerPack, this one is on a Tiffin Open Road 36LA. The additional torque really helps in the mountains. No real MPG gain, but I pull past the big rigs going up hill. Two issues with this installation. 1) the crossover tube between the headers was almost impossible to install, we had to use ratchet straps to pull the two parts together and added a screw to keep them from pulling apart. After 25000 miles I needed to have it repaired, after it sheared the screw and pulled apart. Also the.stress on the metal caused a crack. 2) the additional noise from the over size intake is quite noticeable when engine RPMs are high. I installed additional insulation to the bottom of the dog house."

Ken J. (5/5)

Puts the OEM components to shame!!!

"I hope all is well. The Banks system was installed by a local Ford dealership and they had some trouble with rusted studs holding the old exhaust manifolds. They worked through that challenge and I picked the RV up from the dealership. I noticed a rattling sound coming from the right side of the engine. I took the unit back and they tack-welded a heat shield and that solved the problem. It is all done. As for increased power, I couldn't be more pleased. The Banks intake/exhaust system is a very good unit. The Service Manager at the Ford dealership commented that it is a very good system that is well designed and engineered and that it puts the OEM components to shame!!! Thanks very much for your help throughout this process."

A lot more power and climbing performance

"I am really impressed with the change Your Banks System has made to my 2014 Motorhome. Honestly ... there is no comparison as to Stock. A lot more power and climbing performance .... along with better gas mileage ... Love the sound .... and the way transmission shifts. I want to Thank You for all your responses to my many questions ... Also want to thank the staff / Mechanical people the I dealt with ... Very professional and friendly. You may use me as a Reference if you would like. Surely I will tell all my friends and any one else along our Journeys and will recommend Your Banks Products/System to them. Once Again Thank You and Your Company Very Much."

"Installed myself. Headers were easier than expected. Cold air induction was a pain on this RV. We have found a little pickup and go. Not as much as we had hoped. We will see on our next trip if there is a chance of fuel improvement."
