Banks developed the Quick-Turbo to eliminate sluggishness out of the hole and produce strong acceleration and lower EGTs. Quick-Turbo produces massive torque right from idle, achieves a higher peak faster, maintains more boost through the powerband, and doesn't over-boost. Banks' exclusive BigHead wastegate actuator prevents wastegate blow-open by keeping the valve seated at higher pressures, increasing mid-range torque and top-end power. Banks corrects boost-level limits in late 1999.5-2003 models with a high-boost compressor wheel, built for higher boost levels without compromising turbo performance. "Just what my truck needed. Really woke it up! It has better throttle response, consistent boost in accelerating. The boost was never that strong and consistent up to redline. My truck has 148,000 miles and a lot of life left in it with so much more fun ahead!"

"Recently installed this kit and it was very easy and came with everything needed. Just be careful not to damage o- ring between the intake and exhaust, kit doesn't come with a new one. Test drove and noticed a definite increase in response. Haven't towed with this installed yet."
"O rings were leaking on my 7.3 so decided to do the turbo upgrade, great choice! Can feel the added power especially in the low and mid range. My truck also has an 80 hp Superchips tuner, 4" exhaust, K&N Cold Air intake. Next step is a Bank intercooler and injectors."
