RETURN POLICY

Gale Banks Engineering accepts AUTHORIZED returns on all new and unused merchandise.

Note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee:
20% for opened packaging
15% for un-opened packages

Include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being charged for any missing or damaged components.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
Within 30 days of invoice date: refund, less any restocking fees
After 30 days of invoice date: no returns or adjustments will be given.

Refunds will be given on parts only. Labor and/or installation costs, shipping, or any other charges are excluded. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or used/installed, and must be in original new condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a restocking fee. A copy of the original invoice is required for any returns, adjustments, or warranty coverage.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

For all returns, please call 800-601-8072 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

When packaging your parts for return shipment, write the RMA number on the outside of the box in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.

We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note: we are not responsible for products being returned to Gale Banks Engineering that are damaged mid-shipment.
