Your turbocharger can't use air it can't get.
Banks Ram-Air systems are designed around mass airflow and air density, not simply the diameter of an intake tube. Every transition, bend, filter and housing is designed around removing restrictions.
Depending on model year, Banks Ram-Air delivers dramatically more airflow than the factory system. The 2017–2019 system produces up to a 49% mass-airflow gain, while current 2023–2026 systems improve mass airflow by approximately 36% over stock. The latest system also uses the largest filter in its class, giving the engine exceptional airflow with substantial dirt-holding capacity.
Less restriction means the turbo doesn't have to work as hard to ingest the air your engine demands.
And unlike open-element systems that can ingest hot underhood air, Banks uses an enclosed housing designed to feed the engine cool outside air.

Your factory boost tubes don't just restrict airflow and make your turbo work harder, they can fail.
On 2011–2016 trucks, the factory cold-side plastic can become brittle and crack. On later trucks, rubber charge-air components can rupture under pressure. Across the 2011–2026 platform, connections on the hot side can also separate and dump boost. The result can be instant loss of turbo pressure, drastically reduced power and an expensive tow, especially if you're pulling a trailer.
Banks replaces these weak links with massive 3.5" diameter Boost Tubes, high-strength construction and aerodynamically perfect billet aluminum connections.
The larger, smoother flow path reduces restriction and pressure loss between the turbocharger, intercooler and engine. That means better boost retention, quicker response and less unnecessary work for the turbo.
Some competitors sell prettier versions of stock-size plumbing.

Getting air into the engine is only half the equation. You have to get it out.
The Banks Monster Exhaust uses constant-diameter 5" mandrel-bent stainless tubing to dramatically reduce restriction downstream of the emissions system. On 2017–2026 applications, Banks measures 82% less backpressure than stock.
Reducing unnecessary exhaust backpressure helps the engine move air more efficiently instead of wasting power pushing exhaust through restrictive tubing.
Then there's the part everyone sees.
The massive Banks SideKick exhaust tip doesn't look like a generic round piece of pipe bolted beneath your truck. Its huge ob-round slash-cut shape scavenges exhaust gas and gives the Super Duty a purposeful finished appearance.

On 2011–2019 Power Stroke applications, Derringer adds up to 72 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque while continuously communicating with the truck through the OBD-II network.

Banks' newer Derringer architecture monitors conditions including coolant temperature and knock activity and can reduce or prevent added power when operating conditions aren't appropriate.

The factory dashboard gives you only a tiny fraction of the information your Power Stroke's computers already know. iDash Pro unlocks that data.

You can configure screens, set alerts and see values that conventional factory gauges may filter or hide.

There's a sensor buried in your Power Stroke intake that your engine depends on, and soot and oil can slowly cover it.
The MAP sensor helps the ECM understand what is happening inside the intake manifold. When contamination builds on the sensor, its readings can become inaccurate, potentially affecting performance and efficiency.
The Banks MAP Sensor Relocation Kit moves the factory sensor away from the soot-laden airflow while allowing it to continue measuring manifold pressure. This dramatically reduces exposure to the contamination that leads owners to repeatedly remove and clean their sensor.
It's small, inexpensive, and there's no horsepower number printed on the box. That's precisely why it demonstrates the Banks philosophy.

2011–2016 POWER STROKE
The original generation established the 6.7L as a formidable diesel, but today's owners are increasingly focused on reliability, airflow and protecting an engine they intend to keep.
Banks upgrades address aging factory charge-air components, intake restriction, throttle response, engine monitoring and available additional power.
2017–2019 POWER STROKE
More factory power increased the demands placed on the complete airflow system.
This generation has one of the broadest Banks upgrade paths: Ram-Air, Boost Tubes, Monster Exhaust, PedalMonster, iDash, MAP Sensor protection and the proven Derringer tuner with gains up to +72 hp and +148 lb-ft.
2020–2022 POWER STROKE
The introduction of the 10-speed transmission made the Super Duty quicker and more capable—but airflow, throttle response, charge-air reliability and sensor contamination still leave room for improvement.
Banks Ram-Air increases mass airflow 36% over stock, Boost Tubes replace vulnerable charge-air components, Monster Exhaust reduces downstream restriction, PedalMonster improves drivability, iDash exposes critical powertrain data and the MAP Sensor Relocation Kit helps keep the ECM's pressure information accurate.
2023–2026 POWER STROKE
Ford's newest 6.7L, especially the High Output, is a monster..
