Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped based on the customer's choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Online orders cannot be shipped outside of the United States and Canada.

If you live anywhere else, we can find a way. Contact a Power Consultant at 800-601-8072 to discuss your options.

Canadian Customers and PO Boxes:

Shipping charges do NOT include Taxes, Duties, or any other Customs Fees. We do not ship online orders to P.O. Boxes or outside of the United States and Canada. For shipping to a P.O. Box or outside the United States/Canada, please call 800-601-8072.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package, we will contact you via phone or email.

Currently, there are also delays with all shipping providers, and we do everything in our power to help.

During the holiday season, shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned, the customer's responsibility is the shipping fee. Also note that if Free Shipping was included in the sales price, that amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund amount will be based on the purchase price of your product. Proof of purchase is required.
