"Update: I can't figure out how to update my previous 4 star review. A boot ripped while trying to remove it and I could not find a replacement on the web site. (I wanted another banks boot because they are the toughest I've been able to find) I called customer service and they sent me a replacement free of charger. And sent a whole set in case there was an issue with that batch. Yall have earned a customer for life, its hard to find a company that willing to make it right."

"2017 Ram 2500 6. 7 . The boost tube kit is as all the products I have purchased from Banks top tier in design and manufacturing. The installation was challenging. I suggest that the parts be fitted on the bench using a silicone spray or WD 40 as the silicone sleeves are difficult to install on the tube . Pay close attention to the correct clocking of the assembly as making adjustments is not easy due to the sticky nature of the silicone sleeves. Also the lower clamp at the intercooler is a challenge to get positioned. This was installed on the driver side of the vehicle. The removal of the inner fender was not an issue however the installation was a bit more difficult than I expected. That’s how it was for me . I intend to do the passenger side in the future."

"Banks is in CA, I live in NV. I could drive to Banks HQ in 10 hours. All my other banks orders arrived in 2 days. This package was scheduled to arrive in 2 days, that was 10 days ago. It ended up in Indiana 3 days after if was supposed to arrive at my home. FedEx is broken, please switch to UPS shipping. I really hope these were worth my wait because I now might now get them installed before I have surgery. If I can't get if done before it will be possibly 6 months before I know if I like them."
