"All install videos made the cold side boost install look easy. I didn't have my ducks in a row at all. More like squirrels and they were all out to lunch. I swear I almost gave up. But all it needed was some freaking Windex and that boost tube slid onto the long hump hose like butter. I really wish someone had said that! Besides the time I questioned my manhood for not being able to "muscle it on", everything else was stupid simple."
"Installed air box w/ BAF and boost tubes on 2025 Taco (non-hybrid). Turbo spools quicker, noticeably more power and better gas mileage (after one trip). The installation wasn’t difficult but I’d recommend changing one tube at a time as the o-rings and clips the ever so slightly different sizes. I ended up having to take apart one tube as I used the wrong clips. Oh well, just need very basic tools (11mm deep well socket, 3mm Allen key, shop towels and small Phillips screwdriver for map sensor. Watch the Banks videos a few times and just do it."

"These tubes look good however I wish they were black not red not to draw unnecessary attention to them. I might still spray them with black paint. The quality is great all the machine parts are smooth and designed well so that air should flow well. About the gains, I honestly can’t tell a difference unlike when I put the banks ram air on it. I could feel a little difference with that in just normal driving. It’s a great product, but I’m not sure I would pull the trigger again on the tubes. Nevertheless, I didn’t go wrong because I know the air is flowing smoothly into the turbo."

"These boost tube from Banks are awesome. They ship them in a well packaged hard cardboard box. Install was easy, follow direction. I also have Banks Ram air intake, took off the snorkel cap and air pressure creates a deep, resonant back-pressure sound inside the intake tract. It sounds so cool and performs too. Just waiting for the moster exhaust system to complete my toy."
"Great instructions and quality product . I was missing a screw with the kit to torque down the aluminum couplers so that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars . I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase something that would work with the kit that should have came with it."
