- I’ve been told by two smog shops here in California that I can not have this on my truck. It will not pass smog unless I have some kind of exempt sticker?
- The 42249 is 50 State Compliant - CARB E.O. D-161-146. If you send an email to emissions@bankspower.com with your year, make and model, along with the parts, our emissions staff will mail you the decals you need. You'll stick them on the cross-members by your radiator so the SMOG shop operator can see them.
