"I spent a ton of money on a sweet truck with a fat motor and I expected some performance. I ended up with a whole lot of pedal lag and I thought the transmission could shift better. "Bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission. It's an awesome fun toy, but the Fly-by-Wire pedal has such a lag from a stand still. Standing still on an incline is difficult to learn when the gas pedal does nothing for a second. My 2001 Wrangler is cable operated throttle, which has way better performance off the line (instant RPM's). But now with the Pedal Monster, my new toy acts like it should off the line (Instant RPM's)! That's all I wanted. Thank you for supplying this product to eliminate the problem. Makes my Wrangler much more enjoyable!"
"I like this system better than the Commander because of the OBD II interface, but…that reason being. The system crashes all the time! I’ve put my truck through every scenario and still hiccups and has to be reset. Hence, the reason I like the banks over the commander because at least with the OBD yours goes straight back to factory throttle Where is the pedal Commander always throws a code."
"We loved everything about our 2023 4Runner except the lack of a power rear hatch and the abysmal acceleration. It was a pain in the neck to drive anywhere that required a quick entry into traffic because it was SOO sluggish. . . before the PedalMonster, that is. "Stock throttle has a lag right off idle, especially annoying at stop lights and merging. Installed the PedalMonster in about 30 minutes through the OBD port, no cutting or dealer trip needed. Picked a midrange curve to start. Throttle response woke right up, no more waiting a beat for the truck to react. Tried a stronger curve and had to dial in a Launch Trim level to stop wheel spin from a stop. It doesn't add horsepower or help fuel mileage, it just changes how the pedal reacts. Price seems high which is why I docked a star, but you can always catch a sale. My 3. 0 finally feels like it's using the power it has."
