Map Sensor relocation
"Great product, turns the sensor up and to the side out of soot stream. I sprayed the sensor clean, but never unplugged it, rather than unplug the batteries. No codes, works as designed."
Protect your 6.7L Ford Power Stroke MAP sensor from dirty exhaust gas and sticky oil buildup with a Banks MAP Sensor Relocation Kit. A contaminated sensor can cause inaccurate readings, adversely affecting fuel economy and power output. The small billet aluminum device relocates the sensor out of the soot-filled exhaust stream.
Your engine’s EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and PCV (Positive Crank Case Ventilation) systems draw unburnt exhaust gasses and oil vapor into the combustion chambers to lower combustion temperature, reduce NOx, and keep harmful gasses from entering the atmosphere.
This recirculated exhaust gas and sticky oil vapor adheres to the MAP sensor’s delicate electronics causing inaccurate readings. This results in incorrect fuel calculations reducing fuel economy and power output.
Banks MAP Sensor Relocation Kit is an attractive, easy way to prevent this oily soot from building on your MAP sensor by relocating it up and out of the contaminated exhaust stream.
Requiring only a minute or two to install, Banks MAP Sensor Relocation Kit eliminates the need for periodic cleaning. It protects your sensor from faulty readings, ensuring proper air-fuel ratios are always calculated by your Ford's ECM.
With a machined logo, show your Banks pride while extending your sensor's cleaning or replacement intervals.

"Great product, turns the sensor up and to the side out of soot stream. I sprayed the sensor clean, but never unplugged it, rather than unplug the batteries. No codes, works as designed."
"Looks great, works great. Easy install and a confirmed peace of mind for my MAP sensor. Verified it after 6k miles and no soot/build up was on the sensor. Wish I had bought one these for my ‘18 SD. Went through MAP sensors way too often due to soot build up. Definitely what’s expected from Banks quality."
"Great product"
"Super easy install. Quality made product that lives up to the Banks name. This is a must have and the price is very reasonable."
"This was about the easiest part to replace on the entire truck. The fit and finish are excellent."
"Install of this item is easy breezy, however one design change to consider would be doing away with the ridge around the bolt hole closest to the radiator. Doing that would allow for a ratchet wrench to be used on the hardware, making it so not as many tools needed to be pulled out."
"I had a 2001 7. 3 powerstroke that i had the power shop install all banks products, exhaust, turbo wastegate, abd tuner, loved it, so when i got my '21 with the 6. 7, had to see whats available, sadly not as much, but no big. Sweet product. Well made and finished, and ah so simple to install. My '21 had 52k when installed and the sensor had soot on it. Cleaned it with an alcohol wipe, plugged it all in and all is good. Feels like it idles smoother. Think pedal monster is next."
"I could tell I needed this item. 40k miles and the sensor was 50% plugged with soot. Nicely mounts it out of the way. Very nice item."
"Great part. Easy to install."
"Installation was easy, fit and finish are perfect. The upgrade fixed the MAP sensor soot buildup I was experiencing."
