"No tracking email was sent. When I called customer service 8 work days after ordered I was told the package it was awaiting pickup. Call two day later and again told it was waiting to be picked up. 18 days after ordering the product was finally delivered. Wont go through Banks again. Gauge works as advertised."
"I’m a new diesel owner and did a bunch of research before buying my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT with the 3. 0 liter turbo duramax. Without being able to delete the truck of its emissions system due to voiding the warranty (extended 75,000 miles), buying the iDash was the answer to all my concerns about switching to diesel. I can tell when it’s heading into Regen before it even tells me it’s actually in Regen from the exhaust temperature readings heading upwards rapidly. When you start out first thing in the morning, you should drive gently for the first 5 to 10 minutes to get all the fluids warmed up and moving around before going you go hog wild on the pedal. With the iDash, I can keep my eye on those true temps until things are warm enough to go a bit harder on the engine and transmission. I love the awesome looking and very beneficial features the iDash has given me. Not sure how you can have a motor like this and not have these readings to know what’s going on? You’ll just ruin the motor and transmission prematurely! Thank you Banks"
"This was a pretty EZ install and with A-Pillar pod looks like it came from GM in my truck. Lots of info availble and phone app makes it very easy to change things up on display and what gets displayed. 1 issue, I need to unplug Banks unit from vehicle OBD2 port to receive & install GM “Over The Air” software PCM updates. After update complete, just plug it back in."
"My reason for purchasing the iDash Pro was to know when my diesel fuel truck was going into regeneration mode and the impact on fuel usage. I can readily see the load on the engine, the percent of soot buildup in the exhaust filter, the exhaust gas temperature, and the fuel usage in gallons per hour. The Bluetooth link to my cell phone makes setup easy and enables simple viewing of the different scene settings that I’ve setup for monitoring. My only issue is the unit is quite expensive for what I’m interested in seeing. I have no desire to “tune”’the engine in any way. Just need a simple way to monitor what is going on."
"Ordered this for 2026 Duramax 3. 0. Had slight complication trying to get it linked to my ecm. Called Banks for technical support. They had it linked up in under 1min. Oh, and as an added bonus, they used old school courtesy and spoke clear English."
