Up The Flow
The stock exhaust tubing measures a mere 3.5" on the outside, compared to the Monster Exhaust's massive 5" outer diameter as such the Banks system offers a 110% greater flow area than stock.
With a rocket nozzle-like tip, exhaust gasses are literally sucked out of the end of the exhaust, reducing back pressure all they back up to the turbo inlet.
Don't Be Deceived
The stock exhaust hides a 2.44" nozzle further necking down the system and pinching exhaust flow at the end.
With a 4.87" internal diameter, the Banks Monster Exhausts has almost 4x the flow area vs stock!
This results in 82% less backpressure, leading to more power, throttle response, and increased fuel economy.
Drop That Heat
The large 6.5"x7.5" Tip also provides a reduction in exhaust temperature two feet behind the tip during regen.
Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) are cleaned through regeneration in which scorching exhaust gas temperatures can last up to 20 minutes while driving. The Monster Exhaust massive over sized tip is aimed out to the side of the truck.
This allows ambient air to diffuse the heated gas, eliminating the risk of melting a trailer, which has been reported by many owners.

Banks Monster Exhaust
"Very nice exhaust system. Easy installation. Banks does not have updated 2027 Ford exhaust out yet so I had to modify the over-axel elbow to add in a secondary sensor bung to properly work on my 6.7 power stroke, this is entirely my fault due to I originally purchased this exhaust for a 2026 however I ended up with a 2027 power stroke instead. The legit only issue I had was one of the 3 provided stainless steel exhaust clamps would not tighten/clamp hard enough to prevent the exhaust slip connection from being loose/wiggle and probably leak, so I sourced a new clamp. Overall, I recommend Banks products, I got a killer deal during a sale even with the $55 added cost to add a bung and source a new clamp, still came out really well. (Unfortunately I haven’t taken any photos at the time of this review, my truck is currently getting PPF, sorry guys)"

- Does it void any warranty on a new truck?
- Hey, thanks for messaging us. The stance on aftermarket parts varies widely from dealer to dealer. This is why we suggest consulting with your dealer to learn how they choose to enforce Stellantis' warranty policies. Generally speaking, there are three types of dealerships. 1. Dealers that embrace and install performance upgrades. 2. Dealers who will overlook an aftermarket part because they know it's harmless. 3. Dealers who are militant about aftermarket accessories and will deny a warranty.
- I installed the monster exhaust and it threw a code. I unplugged my battery overnight and the code came back. I reinstalled the stock exhaust and the codes went away. I repeated this a few months later and got the same result, I thought this shouldn't happen??
