The Smartest Inline Tuner
The Derringer is dyno-calibrated to use multiple data inputs such as throttle position, rpm, vehicle speed, AFP, knock, coolant temperature, and EGT, just like your engine's ECM.
It actively and safely optimizes calibrations in real-time thanks to its OBD-II connectivity while providing huge performance gains, all while keeping your factory ECM happy, temperatures under control, and transmission safe.
No competitive tuner does that.
Total Throttle Control
Much more than just an On/Off throttle booster switch, PedalMonster fills the dip in your factory pedal map and restores the fun responsive feel of a linear cable throttle.
Unlike conventional cable throttles, modern electronic throttles are not linear. Part-throttle drivability is often dampened as a means to stretch fuel economy, giving a mushy and unresponsive feel.

The 2017-19 Ram-Air intake housing has a larger inlet and ballistic-shaped nose, which encourage the reusable air filter to freely inhale for more power. The free flowing design allows for a massive 70% gain in Mass Air Flow over the stock system.
The oversized Big-Ass filter has greater dust capacity giving you more miles between services and flows freely long after stock and competitors are clogged with debris.

Banks oversized charge air cooler pipes with unique billet adapter results in less boost pressure loss from turbo to intake manifold.
With a 87% improvement in airflow, your turbo can spool faster and sustain boost pressure with less wasted energy and heat.
Banks Boost-Tubes allow your engine, and specifically your turbo, to work less hard in compressing intake air; this maximizes horsepower delivery and throttle response while reducing engine stress.
Turbo Induction Perfection
With 18 months of development and over 40 prototypes tested, the Banks Monster-Ram for the Duramax L5P is more than just attractive. It's turbo induction perfection.
Every facet from inlet and outlet size, orientation and location of the PCV connection, and down to the angle of the ported shroud interface had to be dialed in to exacting tolerances.
Airflow is improved by removing stock restrictions at the turbo inlet while preventing destructive turbo compressor surge and maintaining emissions compliance.
The propriety design reduces pressure loss by 18.67% at the compressor inlet which results in an impressive 6.01lb/min gain in Mass Airflow verses stock. Benefits include improved throttle response, lower shaft speed, and increased turbo life.
Drop The Pressure
Banks patented negative back-pressure SideKick tip virtually eliminates back-pressure after the DPF. With a side-draft rocket nozzle-like tip, exhaust gasses are literally sucked out of the end of the exhaust.
With pressure sensors installed, this negative exhaust pressure resulted in an impressive 9% reduction all the way back to the turbo inlet.
Don't Be Deceived
With the stock exhaust nozzle measuring 2.85-inch compared to the Monster Exhaust's massive 5-inch outlet, the Banks system offers a 192% greater flow area than stock.
The Monster Exhaust boasts 89% less backpressure than stock at the DPF and 9% lower at the turbine inlet, leading to more power and increased fuel economy.
Drop That Heat
The Monster Exhaust also provides a 15% reduction in exhaust temperature two feet behind the tip during regen!
Unlike the stock Duramax exhaust, which directs a prolonged jet-like blast of super-heated exhaust gas directly at anything being towed, the Monster Exhaust is aimed out to the side of the truck.
This allows ambient air to diffuse the heated gas, eliminating the risk of melting a trailer, which has been reported by many Duramax owners.
