Up The Flow

The stock exhaust tubing measures a mere 3.5" on the outside, compared to the Monster Exhaust's massive 5" outer diameter as such the Banks system offers a 110% greater flow area than stock.

With a rocket nozzle-like tip, exhaust gasses are literally sucked out of the end of the exhaust, reducing back pressure all they back up to the turbo inlet.

Drop That Heat

The large 6.5"x7.5" Tip also provides a reduction in exhaust temperature two feet behind the tip during regen.

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) are cleaned through regeneration in which scorching exhaust gas temperatures can last up to 20 minutes while driving. The Monster Exhaust massive over sized tip is aimed out to the side of the truck.

This allows ambient air to diffuse the heated gas, eliminating the risk of melting a trailer, which has been reported by many owners.

"Wow! Running a full 5” exhaust from turbo down pipe to Banks monster exhaust system! No lie the sound and tone is intoxicating! Very much a high performance type of sound! "Great exhaust! Seems well built fits as it should. I would recommend setting up completely before cutting just as a precaution. Now a big increase in sound, noticed a slightly deeper tone and slight increase in performance. That being said, it’s only the filter back (would be a lot different if filter out and deleted) still under warranty and illegal so that’s that."

Yes, the Monster Exhaust exhaust will clear your Firestone Ride-Rite air bags.
Does it void any warranty on a new truck?
Hey, thanks for messaging us. The stance on aftermarket parts varies widely from dealer to dealer. This is why we suggest consulting with your dealer to learn how they choose to enforce Stellantis' warranty policies. Generally speaking, there are three types of dealerships. 1. Dealers that embrace and install performance upgrades. 2. Dealers who will overlook an aftermarket part because they know it's harmless. 3. Dealers who are militant about aftermarket accessories and will deny a warranty.
I installed the monster exhaust and it threw a code. I unplugged my battery overnight and the code came back. I reinstalled the stock exhaust and the codes went away. I repeated this a few months later and got the same result, I thought this shouldn't happen??

Our exhaust kits are should not cause an error code, However it might be a faulty sensor issue, please give us a call and we'll set you up with a technician to diagnose the problem.
Why will it not fit the regular cab, long bed variant? And will you be making one to fit in the future?
